SportsCenter to Air National Champion Clemson’s Visit to White House

The national champion Clemson Tigers will be honored by President Donald Trump on Monday, June 12, at the White House and SportsCenter will break into regular programming to air the ceremony live at 3 p.m. ET.

Prior to the team’s meeting with President Trump, ESPN reporter Marty Smith will have live updates from the North Lawn of the White House onSportsCenter between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. ET. Later, for the evening and night editions ofSportsCenter, coverage will include highlights from the team’s day in the Nation’s Capital.

In addition to appearing on television,SportsCenter’s coverage also will be available on the ESPN app and featured on SportsCenter’s social media outlets.

Smith also will join The Dan Le Batard Show on ESPN Radio and ESPN on Monday morning from Washington.

Clemson won the College Football Playoff National Championship game over Alabama on January 9 in Tampa.
